The smooth operation of the camp for a pleasant stay of the campers, is based on some rules which the camper automatically accepts upon entry and stay.

- The reception is open from 8.00 to 24.00 and by phone 24hours.
- The entrance of the campers is from the main gate and their camping place is determined in consultation with the person in charge of the reception.
- The necessary documents must be submitted to the reception for registration.
- The common quiet hours are from 14.30 – 17.30 and 23.00-8.30
- The entry of campers during quiet hours should be discreet.
- The use of the common areas of the camp is done exclusively by the campers.
- Departure must be until 12.00 without charge.
- Fires are prohibited.
- Respect for trees and nature provides that no detergents and chemicals are used inside the sites but only in specially designed areas.
- The camp contains rubbish bins to keep it clean.
- Pets are allowed provided they are always supervised and in the camper’s place. Dirt must be collected by the pet owner.
- Approved vehicles can be driven inside the camp with utmost care and a limit of 5km/h.
- Guest must register at the reception and their vehicles must remain outside the camp. The use of public areas is prohibited to non-campers (visitors).
- Visits are set at 2 hours of non-quiet hours and in accordance with regulations and laws (covid19 protocols).
- The opening hours of the mini market are set from 8.00 to 23.00.
- The opening hours of the restaurant are set from 13.00-16.00 and 20.00 -23.00.
- The movement of vehicles inside the camp is prohibited from 24.00 to 8.00.
- Every new camper who will spend the night at the camp must register at the reception and be charged extra according to the pricing policy.
- The electricity in each camping place is set at 1200W.
- The electrical appliances that will be used inside the camp should be in excellent condition, for safe use.
- The camp is not responsible in case of loss from theft or damage of any object. The campers are obliged to guard their own objects.
- The management has no responsibility in case of fire, natural disaster or terrorist acts.
- The camp has flood protection and fire protection system.
- The management has the right to remove campers or visitors who do not comply with the operating rules.
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 20 days before the arrival date.
- Rental tents should be kept in the same condition as upon receipt, any damage is charged.
